DCM Consulting is a team of conceptual construction cost estimating professionals with numerous years of industry experience working for nationally recognized Construction Management and Architectural Design Firms. We perform conceptual construction cost estimates at all phases of the project design: Program/Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents.
Our Mission and Passion at DCM Consulting is collaborating with A/E Design Firms to assist them so they can maximize their design within a specified overall project budget.
WHAT WE DO
Each member of our Team of Consultants has his or her own specialty, including Site + Civil, Structural, Architectural, Plumbing + Mechanical, and Electrical (including A/V + Technology). We perform conceptual construction cost estimates at all phases of the project design: Program + Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development
and Construction Documents.
We also provide Value Engineering of all aspects of a building: Mechanical, Electrical + Architectural. We also perform change order quotation reviews and negotiations with GC’s and Subcontractors. As Construction Cost Managers, DCM collaborates with Designers and Owners during the construction phase of projects by reviewing change orders and negotiating with subcontractors. These steps help to achieve an accurate cost for project scope revisions, which will in turn bring forth financial savings to owners.
